Conversations We Don’t Want To Have

You Breathe Just Enough To Stay Alive: Is That Enough?

Faced with conflict, anxiety, obsessive thinking or angst, we stop breathing and impulsively or compulsively react or avoid responding. To hold back your breath holds back your feelings and holds back your voice. How can you possibly be in the moment?

Voice is the most powerful of senses, and to recognize the true quality of the voice will put your in alignment with your creative force. Breath is the royal road to the imagination - we learn to honor this and recognize its power.

This workshop is an invitation to own our voice and our creativity, by awakening to the deeper stories in our lives, and claiming their power to inspire and heal.

Your fears keep you from being and having all you see for yourself.
What we do:
Body Work (release tension), breathing exercises and visualization.
Improvs to crystallize a difficult moment, confront the fear
Personal monologues to reveal the moment of your first self-betrayal
Group discussions to explore, consolidate, clarify and ground your response
We learn to:
Breath fully and deeply
Feel the connection to the authentic voice
Own your voice and your power
Change your voice, change your life

Own Your Voice, Own Your Words, Own Your Self
